About Ovanliving
Ovanliving is a small US online store built around cordless yard & wash tools we put our own name on. We keep the range short and current, write every product page from the product's measured specifications, and answer questions ourselves rather than through a call centre.
What you can expect
- New, sealed units. Everything we sell is brand new in its retail packaging.
- Free US shipping on every order. Orders are processed in 1–2 business days and delivered in 5–10 business days after dispatch. Tracking by email on every order.
- 30-day returns. You can return an item within 30 days of delivery in its original packaging with all accessories — it may be unboxed and tested.
- Straight answers. Email support@ovanliving.com (Monday–Friday, 9am–6pm ET). We reply within one business day.
Warranty, direct from us
Our cordless yard & wash tools are made for and sold only by Ovanliving, so warranty claims come straight to us: 30-day returns and free replacement of defective parts, with no third-party manufacturer in between. Keep your order confirmation as proof of purchase. Other brands we sell alongside our own tools carry their own manufacturers' published terms; Ovanliving is an independent retailer of those.
